Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider
Non-Refundable Items
- Used or opened products
- Gift cards
- Sale or promotional items
- Orders damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
